Cancellation Policy: Hairapy allows you to cancel service appointments up to 3 hour(s) before the appointment.

If you have already scheduled an appointment through the website (using Schedulicity), you can cancel by logging in with your Schedulicity email and pressing “cancel or reschedule”, see below.

1 – Log in at:  www.Schedulicity.com (or log in through this site by going to ‘request appointment’, you will be prompted to log in).

2 – Under “My Schedule” (your personal homepage) press the button to the far right that says Cancel/Reschedule.

3- After you press this button, you will be able to cancel, reschedule, or keep your appointment.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can retrieve it by clicking the forgot your Schedulicity password link.
